This is a specialized fusion machine that connects EF joints for polyethylene pipes used in water distribution, as specified by the Polyethylene Pipe System Association for Water Supply. It energizes the joints with a specified voltage and time according to the barcode. ◎ PE Pipe Fusion Machine for Water Distribution This method involves setting the joint, which has a heating wire embedded in it, onto the pipe using clamps, and then flowing electricity through the heating wire from the controller to generate heat. This simultaneously melts the inner surface of the joint and the outer surface of the pipe, allowing for a strong bond. The pipe and joint become structurally integrated, exhibiting high strength at the joint that is equal to or greater than that of the pipe body. ◎ Automatic Recording of Fusion Conditions Detailed fusion information and errors can be checked on a large LCD screen, and the conditions during fusion can be automatically registered and recorded. When the maximum number of records is exceeded, the latest data will overwrite the oldest. Data on fusion history can be provided upon request. ◎ Compatible Joints This machine is compatible with EF joints for polyethylene pipes used in water distribution, as specified by the Japan Water Works Association (JWWA). It is equipped with adapters that support barcode joints from Kubota Chemix and Sekisui Chemical.
